I want to help you own less and own better.

I’ll admit it, I’ve always been a fast-fashion addict.  I’ve loved clothing for as long as I can remember and for most of that time I’ve wanted to own as much as possible.  There wasn’t a fad I could miss, a sale I could pass up.  I’ve purchased every September issue of Vogue since I was 12 years old.

Lately, however, I began to notice something.  The thighs on a new pair of jeans would wear out by the end of the first month.  Shirts would become completely shapeless after the first wash.  T-shirts pilled, underwires poked out of bras.

I realized that fashion had suddenly become disposable.  Items were meant to be worn briefly and then tossed out with the trash.

So I started to look for a better way.  I began to seek out companies that used environmentally friendly fabrics, that were transparent and ethical about the labour used to produce items.  Companies that were small, and local, and sustainable.

The best part?  I realized that there was a thriving #ethicalfashion movement!

I realized that I could become a part of it and help move our world in a better direction.

I want to help connect you to ethical brands.  Help you plan your wardrobe so you can spend less money and feel happier when getting dressed each morning.  Help you feel better about the choices you make when using your buying power.

I believe that if we love the clothing we own, we buy less.

I’m just beginning this journey and I am so excited to share it with you!

I hope you come along for the ride,
